I can't find my applications anymore ? 👀

💡 If you just applied via Welcome to the Jungle, and your application does not appear in your candidate space, don't panic, this article is for you 👀

✅ Did you apply on the Welcome to the Jungle website?

First of all, there are two distinct ways to apply on the Welcome to the Jungle website:

• After clicking on "Apply", you are invited to fill in an application form made in Welcome to the Jungle.
• After clicking on "Apply", you are redirected to an external website to finalize your application. This means that the company is using an external recruitment platform.

Unfortunately, in this second case, we won't be able to track your application from your Welcome to the Jungle candidate space. The company will get back to you directly by e-mail once your application has been processed.

💡 To make sure we're talking about the same thing, if the company is using a tool other than Welcome to the Jungle, you haven’t responded to a form as described in this article.

🐎 Did you just apply for a job ?

If you have just received an email acknowledging receipt from Welcome to the jungle, your application has been taken into account !

There is a delay of a few minutes before the application appears in your space.

To find it, refresh the page, and possibly try to log out and log in again to bring it back more quickly. If after these steps, it is still not there, check in the archived applications area :

🌪️ Did you archive your application by mistake?

There's a section that stores applications so that they don't appear ostensibly in your space! Don't panic, we'll show you where to find them 🌻

1. Go to the "Application tracking" tab, in the "Done" section
2. Find your missing application ✨
3. Click on "Job discarded" and in the menu select the column of your choice
