I can't find my applications anymore ? 👀

💡 If you just applied via Welcome to the Jungle, and your application does not appear in your candidate space, don't panic, this article is for you 👀

✅ Did you apply on the Welcome to the Jungle website?

Some companies on Welcome to the Jungle use an external recruiting platform, which means that when you clicked on "Apply" you have been redirected to an external recruiting website.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to follow this application on your candidate area. The company will get back to you directly by e-mail once your application has been processed.

To make sure we're talking about the same thing, if the company is using a tool other than Welcome to the Jungle, you haven’t responded to a form as described in this article.

🐎 Did you just apply for a job ?

If you have just received an email acknowledging receipt from Welcome to the jungle, your application has been taken into account !

There is a delay of a few minutes before the application appears in your space.

To find it, refresh the page, and possibly try to log out and log in again to bring it back more quickly. If after these steps, it is still not there, check in the archived applications area :

There's a section that stores applications so that they don't appear ostensibly in your space! Don't panic, we'll show you where to find them 🌻

2. Find your missing application ✨
3. Click on Unarchive
