Request the deletion of your account 😿

💡 If you have an account on Welcome to the Jungle, and want to delete all your data and applications, this article is sadly written for you ! 😢

❌ How to request deletion

To delete your account, nothing could be easier! Go to "Settings" section and click on the red button at the bottom of the page "Delete my account":

Then choose the reason you want to delete your account and click on "Continue":

To make sure that it is not mistake, you will have to type the following sentence "Delete my account":

And that's it!

Psssst: Don't forget that you can recreate an account at any time 😉

👉 The implications of deletion

⚠️ Please note that any deletion is definitive and will impact your entire application history, which will be no longer available to you!

Indeed, following your request, we will proceed to:

• The deletion of your account and your identification and navigation data in our databases
• The deletion of your information in our email databases
• The transmission of your request to all companies that may have information about you following a past application

⚠️ Subscription to our newsletters are not part of your Welcome to the Jungle account. You can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of each newsletter. This articles tells you how.
